Returns

Returns follow our retail partner's standard policy: most new items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, started from the order page in your account.

A practical note about foam: once a vacuum-packed piece has fully expanded, it does not compress back to its shipped size with household means. If you are unsure about fit, run your measurements through the Room Fit tool before unboxing — an unopened carton is by far the easiest return in the furniture world.

If a piece arrives damaged or defective — a failed zipper, a seam, foam that never recovers its shape — report it through the order page. Defective returns ship free and are refunded or replaced in full.

Washable covers are considered used once washed, so check color and fabric feel before the first machine cycle.
